请教各位，EC-directive是什么东东，是不是类似于GS认证，Intertek的

EC-directive意思是EC指令，2006/EC/42是指机械指令，是EC指令中的其中一个，使用机械产品。不属于GS认证，申请认证CE,GS，与指令不是一个范畴。。。简单说是申请某个产品的认证，产品就应该符合适用的指令。如机械产品需要申请CE认证，则应该要求符合2006/42/EC等指令。

EC-directive就是我们常说的CE指令

2楼的意思我懂了，我这个是一个产品的CE type 认证，那么这个就是证书了。它上面那句话就是说这个证书符合相关CE机械指令了。

我觉的这张ITS发的证书有问题的.  MD指令annex IX是讲EC type-examination (Annex IV 产品或Annex V的零配件), 那根据这发的证书就应该是EC type-examination certificate, 怎么会是EC type-approval呢? ^Fco 'nlM

到ITS网上查了下,证书11SHW1899-01是给Pole-mounted pruner, battery powered for ordinary use 发的,持证方是GmbH International Service Center

NB都是玩弄文字的高手，如果pruner不是附录IV的产品，但是ITS认为这种pruner是高危产品，仍然是可以发EC-type examination的证书，而且ITS就是把这种证书叫做EC-type approval。

這個是基於EC指令的認證,而不是基於具體產品標準的認證.

我理解的EC指令是欧洲的大范围标准，比如说某ITE产品符合了2004/108/EC指令，也就等于该产品符合了欧盟EMC规定

我的理解是，Examination 和 Approval 是各个认证公司的叫法不一样，实质一样的。

EC-type approval 和EC-type exmination 是不一样的东东. EC-type approval是在车辆中会用到的(70/156/EEC, 2002/24/EC), 就我知道MD机械指令是没有这个叫法的 /eF@a!

为什么是高危产品?是不是根据"Devices for the lifting of persons or of persons and goods involving a hazard of falling from a vertical height of more than three metres" ? 如果是的话, 那就是Annix IV产品, 要EC-type examination certificate

ITS再怎么样也是一个有公告号的NB，对于MD附录IV的高危产品，ITS也不敢胡来的，他们应该清楚知道附录IV产品的危险性，至少附录IV产品在欧洲还是很受关注的。ITS叫做EC-type approval也不是不行，关键是产品评估的流程是符合附录IV产品的评估流程就没有问题了。
