That's UL follow up service procedure, normally we called UL file, and should include:
1. Authorization Page, we also can call it UL certificate;
2. Index page, which shows how many series or Part No. are covered by your UL file, and covered by which section;
3. Listing mark data page for UL listed products, or Recognized mark data page for UL recognized products, maybe others, such as classified mark description page;
4. Section general, which describes some general requirements of your products covered by your UL FUS procedure;
5. Detailed section, for example Sec. 1, sec, 2 and etc, which can show detailed  components' description of your products, and those will be controlled by UL, we call it the conformity, such as the size, suppliers' information, we also called it the critical component list.

I konw that,while I want to konw some details about the FUS procedures.But I have none in my hand.So I need help here.
Unfortunately no one helps me.

Pls, that's secret information of one company, it's not so good to show the detailed information of the FUS procedure here, hopefully, you can understand.
By the way, don't you have one set of FUS procedure of your own company?

Do you have UL Myhome account? If you have one, you can login UL Myhome web site to find the UL FUS of your product.If you don't have an account,then you'd better apply one(if you don't know how to apply,you can contact with the nearby UL Center ),with it,you will be more convenient.

I think you are in a factory,and your products are applied UL certifcate by the parent company.

in this case, you can ask your parent company to send one to you.you can even require your customer giving the UL file to you.because it is necessary for the factory inspection.

i have the same  situation with you.but i get the Myhome account from my parent company,and i can download my ul files from the website.

Even in this case, I mean you are one of the manufacturing location shown in the authorization page, you also can apply for an UL MyHome account, and let the gatekeeper(should locate in Japan, and is responsible for UL approval) release the authorization to you, that'll be helpful for you to know more about the FUS procedure, as well, it's better for you to communicate with UL field representative( factory auditor) when factory audit happens.

Furthermore, if your Japan company would not like to share this account to you, or release the authorization to you, I believe it should share the hard copy of your FUS procedure to you at least.

Generally, UL always consider how factory/manufacturer could satisfy the compliance for the UL model product and UL report, to ensure the compliance, UL invented a procedure called FUS procedure which is carried out by CCIC.
Once you follow the procedure 1 or 2 times, you will get it.

UL recently provided a hard copy to all of factory reprentative to know about FUS.I think you may have received it.

分为IPI和季度抽查，

IPI即证产品首次工厂检验，一般不出现重大差异都可以获得通过的IPI报告。

获证后，每季度UL外包的CCIC检验员会抽查一次，当日有生产的话，会抽样做CDF对照，没生产就算通过了

具体的标准文献可以在贵司的UL@MY HOME下载相关资料，也可联系分管贵司的CCIC检验员给您提供一个UL小红本，具体都有详细介绍。
