Over the next two years, we will work with your company to enter into a new Global Services Agreement with these new operating entities to align with this restructuring. Additionally, during this period you will see updates to your documents related to our new corporate entities.

• UL product certifications and facility registrations are not changing. UL LLC and UL AG are fully authorized to act on all matters related to your current product certifications and facility registrations.
• You will continue to work with the same service team that you are working with today. Where and how we deliver our services remains unchanged, and there will be no physical transfers of projects or files.
• You will continue to receive all of the services for which you have contracted.
• UL LLC and UL AG will honor UL's and ULIS BV's obligations in all nondisclosure agreements with you related to your confidential and proprietary information.
