I only can tell you something as below:
1. Firstly, if you wanna to be improved at this company, of course, you can, and personally, I think it's a good opportunity to learn something related with the products, especially some requirements from some countries outside China, but the prerequiste is that you must have good self-control capabilities and also can indulge yourself into the learning environment;
2. What I said before that it's not a so good company to work for, why I said it, cause, its management and welfare system is very bad, maybe your supervisors don't focus on you personal capabilities, which I mean the business capabilities, but the interpersonal capabilities, such as the suck-up, smoking and drinking capabilities, perhaps sometimes we need this kind of capability, but it must have the priority that which kind of capability is more important, especially for the personal improvement. so from a long run, I think it's not a good place to work for, anyway, it's only my personal views, maybe I'm wrong and everybody has its own view;
3. After you enter into this company, don't ask so many questions about the company's welfare and something like this, and also don't care so much about other guys' words, do it in your own way and feel it in your own way.
4. Finally, if you are young enough, and need a job urgently, then do it, keep in mind that study is the most important thing for you currently, and then after 2~3 years, and you think you have the capabilities to leave, then leave it as early as possible, don't be trapped by something, cause it makes nonsense, and it can not make you improved....
All above words, only for reference, the final decision, should be made by yourself...
