甲类产品(Category A Product)改为特定电气用品(Specified Electrical Appliance and Material),贴于产品三角形T-mark改为菱形PSE mark,并需标示认可实验室之名称(如JET、JQA等)。原电取法规定之产品种类,由165项再减为113项。而乙类产品(Category B Product)则改为非特定用品,需贴圆形PSE mark(性质类似CE mark)。原电取法规定之产品种类,由333项再增为343项。此类立产品亦需向日本经济产业省 (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry简称METI)取得注册ID。特定与非特定产品在PSE系统 中的主要差异,特定与非特定产品在PSE系统中的主要差异,在于强制性认证产品需由指定之实验室发“适合性同等检查合格书”即PSE证书,而自愿认证产品只需持有一般实验室之测试报告,便可向METI申请注册。

从A,B两类的类型划分中似乎没有明确指明LED驱动器需要申请何种类型啊?哪位可以说明一下LED Driver出口到日本需要做菱形还是圆形呢?

一般来说  100-300V的产品进入日本都是要做PSE的  但便携式发电机即使电压低于100V也需要做PSE

你所说的IEC的I、II、III类是指绝缘结构类型Class I、II、III吗?这个和日本的A类B类不相关,日本PSE的A类和B类是指的认证目录中的两种管控方式。

锂电池从2008/11/20已经列入B类目录了,为什么LZ的这份资料没有体现锂电池呢?

锂电池只要有测试报告和在日本经济产业省备案就可以了,没有一定要有证书

A 类为指定的特殊电气用品及材料类共 115 项(如电源适配器等),这些产品必须有受到日本经贸工业部许可的安规网黑名单认证机构认证, 并核发PSE认证证书,PSE菱形标志认证有效期在3至7年之间,并且申请方工厂必须通过工厂审查(这也是圆形和菱形PSE最突出的不同点)。

锂电池做圆形PSE就可以。但是从去年9月份日本开始强制实施认证监管了。
LED灯,如果只是灯管的话,做圆形就可以。如果是整灯,带电源适配器等,就要做菱形PSE了。具体也可发邮件给我帮你看看 论坛禁止留联系方式
