Note 8: EN 55012 is applicable for giving presumption of conformity under directive 89/336/EEC for those vehicles, boats and internal combustion engine-driven devices that are not within the scope of directives 95/54/EC, 97/24/EC, 2000/2/EC or 2004/104/EC.
Note 9: EN 62052-11:2003 does not give presumption of conformity without a part of the EN 62053 series.
